Wolverine / Sekreto Terms of Service

1. The Service

Sekreto ("the Service") provides anti-detection browser automation via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST APIs. The operator is a solo business; support is best-effort.

2. Accounts and API keys

• Access requires an API key issued by the operator. Keys identify a tenant account with a prepaid call balance.
• Keys are personal to the customer. Do not share, publish, or resell them.
• The customer is responsible for all usage under their key.

3. Prepaid billing

• Usage is metered per successful API call (2xx responses). Failed calls (4xx, 5xx) are not billed.
• Purchased calls do not expire. Balance can be topped up at any time.
• Requests exceeding the balance are rejected (HTTP 429) until top-up.
• Packs: €5 = 500 calls, €10 = 1,000 calls, €20 = 2,000 calls. Custom plans available on request.

4. Acceptable use

The Service provides anti-detection capabilities, including browser fingerprint synthesis and automated CAPTCHA solving. Customers may NOT use the Service to:

• Violate any law applicable to the customer
• Commit fraud, unauthorized account access, credential stuffing, or scraping of personal data in violation of privacy law
• Distribute malware, spam, or denial-of-service attacks
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent age or identity to perform age-restricted actions
• Sexually exploit or endanger minors in any way
• Evade lawful blocks, bans, or sanctions directed at the customer themselves

Automated CAPTCHA solving and fingerprint masking are permitted uses when performed on accounts and sites the customer is authorized to access, for lawful automation and testing purposes. The customer warrants their usage complies with the target site's terms where such compliance is legally binding.

4a. Refunds, withdrawal and retraction (EU)

All sales final except where required by law. Unused prepaid balance is refundable within 7 days of purchase on request.

EU/EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sale within 14 days of purchase without reason. If the customer has not consumed any of the purchased call balance, a full refund is issued on request within that window. Once API calls have been made under the purchased balance, the customer expressly requests that the service begin immediately; consistent with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed with the customer's prior express consent.

If the purchased balance has been partially consumed, the refund covers the remaining balance pro rata.

5. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, and total liability is capped at the amount the customer paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law, including statutory consumer guarantee rights of EU/EEA consumers. Where a mandatory consumer-protection rule applies, that rule prevails over any conflicting term here.

6. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate any account for violation of these terms, abusive traffic patterns, or non-payment. Prepaid balance at termination for cause is forfeited.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes will be notified to active customers. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
